Orthodontics for Teens

Phase Two treatment takes place between the ages of 11 and 15 since teens have most of their permanent adult teeth by then. The treatment usually consists of braces to help train a straight smile.

Experienced doctors like Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Leo can easily recognize orthodontic issues with spacing, crowding, bite, and alignment in this age range.

Your teen’s bone and jaw structure are developed enough to allow orthodontic treatment to begin at this time as well.

Teenagers are sometimes concerned about the appearance of braces, so we’re happy to offer a wide range of options at Koerich Orthodontics, including Invisalign clear alignersmetal braces, or clear ceramic braces.
