They have always been very nice at Koerich they are husband and wife Orthodontists. They are always quick to work us in if we need a tweak, have a question, or like me… lose the key to my child’s spacer on the way out of town on a holiday weekend. They were actually closed but thankfully someone was there doing paperwork and unlocked the door and helped us out. It has been a joy coming in, the coffee at the Indian Trail office is, chef’s kiss.

We have enjoyed our experience with Koerich very much! The staff are so friendly and kind. Dr. Leo is very personable and knowledgeable in his skill. We are so pleased to work with this practice and will most certainly bring the rest of our children here for future positive results.

Dr. Leo and his whole team are absolutely phenomenal! Both my daughter’s have been patients of Dr. Leo for a few years now and we’ve really noticed how individualized the treatment plans are. My oldest daughter has been, what I would think, was a textbook case. She wore braces, got adjustments, got her braces off, then wore a retainer for a while, and all is well. My youngest daughter on the other hand, has stubborn teeth. Dr. Leo has been amazing at explaining the process and why he has to do what he does. Dr. Leo has explained to us that he doesn’t want my daughter wearing braces forever but at the same time, he’s been incredibly careful to not cause pain that may result from more aggressive treatments. I can tell Dr. Leo loves what he does, it’s not a job for him. The best thing I can say is I never feel like I’m waiting for my daughter’s appointments to end, I feel more like I’m just hanging out. The waiting room is such a casual and comfortable place, kind of a coffee shop vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming and take time have a conversation. I never have issues with scheduling and they’ve always been very accommodating with getting the girls in together. I could go on and on citing instances of great care and courteous treatment. In summary, Dr. Leo has undoubtedly found his true calling, he’s an excellent orthodontist and he knows how important it is to surround himself with kind, caring people that share his passion for excellence. As a parent of four kids who are all patients here – and as a patient myself, I can confidently say this practice is not just great… it’s better than great. When you’re juggling multiple schedules, school activities, and your own appointments, you quickly learn to appreciate an orthodontic office that truly has it together. From day one, the entire team has been organized, accommodating, and incredibly kind. Scheduling for a family of 5 can be chaotic, but they make it seamless every single time. Dr Leo is exceptional; thorough, patient, and always willing to explain treatment plans in a way both I and my kids understand. There’s never any rushing through appointments, and every question (and we’ve had plenty) is answered thoughtfully. I always feel confident that we’re getting the best, most up-to-date care. But what truly sets this office apart is the staff. They know my kids by name. They celebrate their progress. They ease nerves when someone is feeling anxious. They somehow manage to be professional and warm at the same time. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Communication is excellent, billing is transparent, and the entire experience feels smooth and well-run. With four kids in treatment (and a smile I now appreciate) we’ve spent a lot of time here and I can honestly say we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wow! What a great orthodontic office! We were referred here by our family dentist and we could not be happier with our experience! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I called to schedule the appointment and was able to be seen in a very timely manner. I was greeted by another friendly receptionist when I arrived with my kiddos and checked in. The office is very clean, bright and open. What first struck me as impressive and rare is the eye contact. Everyone makes eye contact and introduces themselves! Everyone is so personable and professional and efficient. I was there for a consultation but was treated as though I was a long time patient. Staff stopped by to introduce themselves; even the first receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone. She even remembered small but important details just from our brief conversation. Another thing I really appreciated was the thoroughness and attention to detail. Every step was explained in a clear way. My son knew what to expect and where I would be and what was going on. They talked to him just like they talked to me and I greatly appreciated that…so did he! Baby sis was in tow and she was made over and included too! The sweet young lady who took x rays and pictures for the evaluation was precise, knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a friendly and personable interaction. The evaluation screen for when the doctor came in was set up professionally and clear for us to view and see. Dr. Leonardo Koerich had already stopped by our room to introduce himself while we were being evaluated and was just as friendly and professional when he came in for the consultation. He is very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated his evaluation and his approach with our dental needs. We will 100% be back and I will not hesitate to go to him should we have any other orthodontic needs with any member of my family. My son enjoyed the reward system and I thought it was fun and tastefully done!
